About us

The Captain Property Services was started by me, Alejandro Garcia, a Latino business owner with a background in mechanical engineering and hands-on experience flipping houses. After working on my own properties, I saw how hard it can be for homeowners, landlords, and businesses to find reliable help for the projects that keep a property or business moving.

I bring an engineer’s attention to detail, real-world renovation experience, and a hands-on approach to every job. Whether it’s getting a space cleaned up, prepped for the market, ready for tenants, or set up for everyday use, The Captain is here to help make the process easier, cleaner, and more reliable.
